Dorotheen Quartier – Downtown Stuttgart’s Newest Highlight

Behind the facades of the three asymmetric-shaped new buildings in downtown Stuttgart, you’ll find luxury shops, office space and 19 exclusive rental apartments. The investment volume for this building complex was around 200 million Euros. Due to the limited space available, the AHUs’ compact dimensions had a special significance. Between 1,500 m³/h and 29,000 m³/h are being moved by the 30 robatherm-AHUs, in which the corresponding control and cooling technology has also been integrated.
