robatherm makes heavy components easier to replace.
A new motor removal system developed by robatherm combines greater convenience with sustainable vision. The relieving design not only makes the replacement of motors and fan units much easier, but also improves the hygienic and economic properties of AHUs.
Replacing heavy components can become a weighty task in an air handling unit. With the newly developed motor removal device, robatherm offers massive relief for this. The interaction of chain lever hoists and corner nodes in the housing makes it easier to attach and remove the components in question. Optionally, a lifting module is available to transport the respective part through the inspection door to the outside.
Far-sighted solution for the benefit of customers
The benefits of this new design for customers are manifold: on the one hand, handling components to be replaced becomes noticeably more convenient and safer. At the same time, there are fewer parts in the air stream, resulting in improved hygienic properties. Also noteworthy is a significantly lower material consumption than with other commercially available solutions.
robatherm thus emphasizes its sustainable, holistic approach: Facilitating the replacement of energy-relevant components is ultimately also a long-term view of the future. After all, more efficient motors or fans can be retrofitted more smoothly at a later date.
