The new TI-50 casing is also impressive in large dimensions, as demonstrated by this project. Supplied for a project, compact and installation-ready - this is also possible for AHUs with large air volumes and with the new TI-50 casing has been demonstrated by robatherm during this project.
Ready to use and mounted on a trailer.
The AHU was mounted and assembled on a German standard (DIN) frame, enabling it to be transported to the site, ready for connection and quickly installed. To simplify loading at the plant, the robatherm team pre-assembled the AHU on the available truck-trailer.
15 tons delivered ready for connection.
On the day of delivery, all that was left to do was for the tractor vehicle to arrive, hook up the trailer, and head to the construction site. All in all, 14.6 meters in length, weighing in just under 15 tons, with an air output of 40,000 m³/h – these dimensions lend a whole new meaning to the expression “compact unit”. For example, the air handling unit includes a combustion chamber for integrated heat generation with a heating capacity of 214 KW and refrigeration technology of 256 KW. The heat recovery system attains an output of 418 kW and enables the air handling unit's efficient operation.
