MOTORWORLD Cologne | Rhineland – Automotive history and state-of-the-art building technology combined in one historic building

The historic Butzweilerhof combines automotive history and state-of-the-art ventilation technology. As a special highlight and besides many vintage cars from different decades, the Motorworld Cologne | Rhineland is showing the private collection of Formula 1 legend Michael Schumacher as a permanent exhibition. The new Cologne public attraction not only draws horsepower fans to the city but also serves as a multifunctional event location. The Motorworld Cologne | Rhineland holds up to 4,000 people. In addition to the cars on display, the three AHUs by robatherm are also powerful. Among other things, a high-performance run-around coil system was installed. robatherm’s flexibility was also called upon: one AHU was designed in a manner to surround several existing building columns and thus, fits perfectly into historic building’s HVAC equipment room.
